Client Speed Troubleshooting

Welcome to Integrity Hotel Partners, where we strive to provide the best hospitality experience to our guests. We understand that encountering issues with your Apple devices not displaying the splash page on our wireless LAN network can be frustrating. Don't worry, we are here to help!

Why is the splash page not appearing on your Apple device?

When connecting to our wireless LAN network, you might notice that your Apple device isn't automatically displaying the splash page. This can happen due to various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incompatible device settings
  • Outdated operating system
  • Captive network assistance disabled
  • Cache or cookie issues

Troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue

Step 1: Verify your device settings

Start by ensuring that your Apple device is configured correctly to connect to our wireless LAN network. Check that the Wi-Fi is enabled and that you have selected the correct network name, which should be provided by our hotel staff.

Step 2: Update your operating system

Ensure that your Apple device is running the latest version of the operating system. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve compatibility issues with captive networks.

Step 3: Enable Captive Network Assistance

Captive Network Assistance is a feature available on Apple devices that helps automatically display the splash page when connecting to captive networks. To enable it, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap on the information icon next to our hotel's network, and toggle on the Captive Network Assistance option.

Step 4: Clear cache and cookies

Cache and cookie issues can sometimes interfere with the proper loading of the splash page. Clearing the cache and cookies on your Apple device can help resolve this problem. Navigate to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, and confirm the action.

If the issue persists after following the above steps, we recommend reaching out to our dedicated technical support team. They will be able to provide personalized assistance and guide you through additional troubleshooting options.
