As a leader in the hospitality industry for almost three decades, Mr. Karki blends operating expertise with business know-how to drive growth and profitability for limited service hotels. In his career as both general manager and hotel consultant, he has managed projects that resulted in improved performance of properties including Marriott, Choice Hotels International, Best Western, La Quinta and other unbranded and boutique hotels. He is keenly aware of the ever-changing needs of guests, and the struggles and opportunities to run and operate a successful limited-service hotel.
His expertise includes: directing changes of flag from negotiations through implementation, managing cost-effective renovations, maintaining hotel’s brand affiliations, developing and/or streamlining processes to eliminate waste (time, energy, money) and leading projects that increased revenue and decreased expenses, leading to maximum profitability.
Mr. Karki has helped new hotels gain business, established hotels improve their business, and struggling hotels regain their prior successes. He has worked with hotels that have failed inspections; bringing them back to compliance, and back to a profitable level. He has works from the bottom up to help hoteliers understand the impact each department, and their overall philosophy, have on the guest experience. And more importantly, he understands how these elements impact their bottom line.

Ms. Woodby has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, sales management and business development. Her background prior to working in hotels was in the technical software industry. There she worked in sales and sales management, as well as business development, successfully achieving all goals given to her. Since 2004, Ms. Woodby has been in management, sales and business development in the hotel industry. She has also worked as GM before, during and after change of flag. She has worked with: Hilton, Marriott, Choice Hotels International, Best Western and La Quinta Hotels.
Ms. Woodby has worked with hotels to identify their market, and gain market share; achieving maximum revenue potential. Her expertise covers SEO/PPC, Google, and Yahoo & Bing campaigns, as well as face-to-face sales. She works with the hotel to uncover business opportunities such as partnerships, coop-marketing and lead exchanges and is an expert on 3 party and internet marketing.
